Makes approx 1 Litre:
2 teabags of Chai
3 teabags of Orange Crush
allow to brew, adding 2-4 tablespoons of sugar to taste.

Here at Stash Tea, we’re welcoming summer with open arms. Whether you’re admiring the summer weather through your office window or digging your toes into the warm sand, iced tea is a simple and delicious refreshment. There are 2 basic ways to brew iced tea:
THE HOT METHOD
Step 1: Use 2 tsp. loose tea or 2 tea bags for every 8 oz. of water.Step 2: Bring half the water to a boil and pour into your pitcher or glass. Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 3: Take out the tea leaves or bags and pour in the remaining water.
Step 4: Chill in the fridge or serve over ice.
THE COLD METHOD
Step 1: Use 2 tsp. loose tea or 2 tea bags for every 8 oz. of water.Step 2: Pour the water over your leaves.
Step 3: Leave the tea to steep in your fridge for 3 to 8 hours, depending on how strong you want it.
Step 4: Pour tea over ice and serve.
While we love a traditional glass of black iced tea, we also enjoy a variety of flavors all summer long. Moroccan Mint Green Tea, Peach Black Tea, and Wild Raspberry Hibiscus Herbal Tea are among our favorites.
If you are familiar with the Northern Quarter of Manchester, you may also be familiar with The Teacup - a lovely little tea shop, where they have these interesting contraptions, which are used for steeping times.
During my visit, I was very much tempted to filch one for myself - but I didn’t (this is the important thing). And I am very pleased to say that I have handed in a CV to this establishment, and hoping against hope that they will contact me with regards to a full time summer job, there.

as Summer has arrived and made our green and pleasant land her pungent home, I have decided that it is time to experiment with iced tea.
The first recipe is as follows, for 750 ml of iced tea
750 ml approx of boiling water.
2 tablespoons of looseleaf Ceylon tea
2 teabags of Twinings’ Strawberry and Mango tea
2-4 tablespoons of sugar (to taste)
