Chai Iced Tea

So my friend lauranicuspond tried to make the chai tea recipe detailed here. Unfortunately, she didn’t like it because she found it too sweet, so she gave me a bottle which I put in the fridge (because I wasn’t sure what else to do with it until I drank it).

I am now trying it properly - more than a furtive sip, at least - with ice cubes.

While, yes, it is sweet, it has just enough bitterness for me and, long story short, it makes an awesome iced tea.

I meant to show you all this months ago, honoured guests, but here is the TARDIS teapot which my friend bought for me for Christmas after my having gone on about my need for a teapot for weeks. It only came out of its box a few days ago and today is the first time I’ve brewed tea in it. And the first tea I’ve brewed is Chai .

This is good.
